Not all organic cold pressed coconut oil is the same, there are different qualities. Some are fresh and others are old and don't have the sweet fragrance of fresh coconuts. This is very fresh, the highest quality!
Note: Coconut Oil begins to turn white and solidify at 76F. As it gets warmer it melts and becomes clear.
