USPS Priority Express (1 or 2 days) is an option for an additional $25 for a Flat Rate Bubble Envelope that will fit, for example, up to (4) 1 pounds bags of Cacao and/or Turmeric or anything else that will fit.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, when possible same day.
Frozen Items: Are shipped 3 day Priority USPS and usually on Monday, Tuesday, or Friday so it arrives on a week day. But let us know what works best for you.
Priority Express Ships on a Monday through Thursday. Thursday only if you can receive Saturday Delivery. Let us know if you can not receive Saturday delivery in the comments with the order.
Returns/Refunds: We are a very small farm/ farm business. Everything is made in small batches with a lot of care. All products sent out are very high quality and as typical with small businesses we depend on our good reputation to stay in business, so we do our very best. We don't have a buffer of a lot of money like big corporations if we don't do good. Returns are expensive for everyone, costs go up when there are unnecessary returns/refunds because of a personal dislike, inability to use, change of mind... We only sell products that have the test of time, first at farmers markets and then online. They are products that many people love. So we don't offer returns or refunds but if you think there is a problem that needs to be considered please let us know. We really care about any problem you may have. Thank you.
