Star Fruits are a sweet, or sweet and tart if not fully ripe, fruit with an amazing refreshing flavor. They're great cold on a hot summer day. They're delicious as is, in a smoothie, a garnish on a salad, many possibilities...
Note: Star fruits will be shipped slightly unripe and can be eaten on arrival sweet and tart or allowed to ripen to yellow or orange depending on the variety and will be sweeter. Once ripe they'll go bad soon if not refrigerated. If there's damaged fruit send a photo on the day they arrive.
Fruits vary a lot in size. The quantity will be the most that will fit in the box, usually around 4 to 6 fruits.
